What the Role Entails
As a Production Technician, you will play a key role in the company and be responsible for developing, optimizing, and quality-assuring manufacturing processes. You will work closely with production, the quality department, and other teams to ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable production.
* Optimize and quality-assure production workflows
* Ensure that production meets quality and efficiency requirements
* Participate in department meetings in production
* Actively work on improvement initiatives, such as Lean or other methodologies
* Implement new methods and techniques in production
* Monitor key performance indicators and report to the site manager
* Calibrate/service tools/machinery and install and commission equipment
* Conduct operations in accordance with requirements in quality and environmental management systems
Qualifications
We would like you to have the following:
* Experience with Lean, 5S, or other improvement methodologies
* Good understanding of production workflows and quality assurance
* Experience with improvement work and change management
* Good communication skills and experience working in teams
* Swedish and English fluency in speech and writing
* Solution-oriented and structured approach
