YOUR ROLE
· Production planning — create clear work instructions, select tools, and lay the foundation for efficient workflows.
· Method development — develop fixtures, machining strategies, and solutions that increase quality and speed.
· CNC optimization — improve programs and parameters for maximum precision and shorter cycle times.
· CAD/CAM — create and adjust CAM programs and interpret drawings in close collaboration with design.
· Process analysis — analyze machine data and quality results to drive improvements.
· Troubleshooting — solve technical challenges in machines, tools, and processes.
· Operator support — train and assist operators in new methods and programs.
· Equipment development — participate in the development and implementation of new production equipment and technical solutions.
