Dahlrum AB is seeking a production coordinator who wants to work both hands-on in the workshop and help keep our production flow running smoothly. About the Role As a production coordinator at Dahlrum AB, you'll have a central and varied role in our operations. You'll work hands-on with assembly, packing, and deliveries while coordinating our daily production flow – from orders and material purchases to finished products and customer delivery. This is not a purely administrative position. You'll be part of the practical work in the workshop, but also responsible for creating structure, planning ahead, and ensuring the right things happen at the right time. Your Main Responsibilities Workshop and Assembly Assembly and completion of our products Quality control of finished products Packing and preparation for delivery Maintaining order and structure in the workshop and work areas Production and Coordination Plan daily work based on current customer orders Keep track of what needs to be produced, assembled, and delivered Create and follow production and work lists Plan which products and components should be sent for, for example, painting Follow up on ongoing work with subcontractors Ensure materials and components are in place when needed Purchasing and Subcontractors Order materials and components from our subcontractors Follow up on orders and delivery times Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries Inventory and Logistics Receive and inspect incoming deliveries Register and process incoming shipments Keep track of inventory levels and materials Pack and handle outgoing deliveries Ensure the warehouse and workshop are organized and functioning well Who Are We Looking For? We believe you're someone who combines practical skills with structure and forward planning. You enjoy working with your hands and getting things done, but also have the ability to step back and see what needs to be done next. You need to be able to move from assembling a product in the workshop to reviewing an order, ordering components, or contacting a subcontractor. Experience with production planning or coordination is also valuable. For us, however, the right person, sense of responsibility, and attitude are at least as important as specific prior experience. A Role with Own Responsibility As a production coordinator, you'll be an important part of Dahlrum's daily operations. Our goal is for you to gradually take independent responsibility for the production flow. When we have customer orders to deliver, you should be able to get an overview of what needs to be ordered, what should go to subcontractors, what needs to be assembled, and what's ready for delivery. You don't need to do everything yourself – but you should enjoy keeping the whole operation together and ensuring things move forward. The position is 80–100%, depending on the applicant's experience and preferences.
