In the role of Production Planner, you have overall responsibility for planning production in the machines as optimally as possible based on market needs and the company's production economics. Examples of work tasks: • Ensure that inventory levels are optimal for each product. • Be driving in how we should allocate our warehouse space. • Update and develop our business system regarding production planning. • When needed, assist with procurement of production-related materials. • When needed, assist with procurement of commercial goods. Be involved in developing and complying with procedures for production planning. • Participate in inventory teams regarding both raw materials and finished goods to determine physical quantities. • Serve our internal customers with necessary information. You report to the Factory Manager and your placement is in Sävsjö. We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in a similar role, and we consider it a merit if you have previously worked with or in industrial operations. Your educational background should be at least upper secondary level, with higher education being a merit. You are an experienced user of Microsoft 365, especially Excel. We consider it self-evident that you have very good computer and system knowledge and that you have a knack for quickly learning new software. If you have experience working in SAP, we see that as a merit. Since our group language is English, and your contact points in the work will also be internationally, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of English, both in writing and speaking. We see that you are a thorough person with a structured way of working, who easily manages to handle multiple parallel tasks. You always focus on the customer and have a service-oriented approach. Your drive combined with your flexibility and willingness to change moves you and the work forward.
