About the job
As a production planner, you are a central part of the operation and are responsible for planning manufacturing related to our products. You ensure that the right information is available and used in the business system SAP, while contributing to the development of working methods and data quality. The work takes place in close collaboration with production, procurement, and management.
Your responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily and weekly manufacturing plans
Gather, analyze, and communicate production data in SAP
Ensure correct master data and planning documentation
Collaborate with production, procurement, and customer support to secure workflows
Follow up on results and initiate improvement activities
Drive and participate in the development of working methods and processes
Location
The position is based in Sandviken and is performed on-site at our manufacturing facility.
Your profile
You want to work at the intersection of production, planning, and improvement work and have relevant education or equivalent experience. We see that you thrive in a role with both operational and analytical elements.
We also see that you have:
Education in industrial economics, logistics, or production – or equivalent experience
Experience in production planning or similar field is an asset
Knowledge of material and production management systems
Strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience with SAP is an asset
You combine structure and analysis with an innovative working approach. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you are good at prioritizing, communicating clearly, and seeing the bigger picture. Contributing to improvements and sharing knowledge motivates you, while you take responsibility for driving work forward.
