Your Role
As an assembler with us, you will work with the manufacturing of temperature sensors where you are expected to work independently and follow the product through the entire production flow – from manufacturing specifications to the finished product. This contributes to good product knowledge and a holistic perspective, where quality and precision are the focus throughout the process. The role involves close collaboration with different professional groups, such as planners, preparers, and developers. The work is precision mechanics and includes soldering, TIG and laser welding, manual cable processing, gluing, and grinding. Part of the role also involves the ability to understand and interpret drawings and other manufacturing documentation.
The operation also involves series production of electronics, with tasks such as testing, soldering, and assembly of circuit boards and components in ESD environments. The operation also involves working with thermoset plastics.
Working hours are on a 2-shift schedule, which means working both day and evening shifts.

To succeed in the role, you have:
• Experience working in manufacturing industry, or equivalent work experience in related sectors.
• Experience in precision mechanics or electronics, circuit board soldering, welding, incoming inspection, warehouse/storage operations, and goods delivery are meriting.
• Complete upper secondary education in technology, industry, or equivalent is desirable.
