About the Customer Company Do you want to work in industry – or are you curious about trying something new? Your Tasks We collaborate with several exciting industrial companies in the region and are continuously recruiting staff for various types of roles. The work tasks vary depending on the assignment, but can for example involve: • Warehouse and logistics work • Forklift driving • CNC, turning or other machine operator roles • Welding, assembly and production • Painting or surface treatment work • Hydraulics work • Food handling and production Whether you are new to the industry or have previous experience, there are opportunities for us. Your Profile We are looking for you who • Are curious about industry or have experience from similar work • Have a B driving license • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Are responsible and want to do a good job • Thrive in a practical and sometimes fast-paced work environment • Can work independently but are also a team player • Work safely and contribute to a positive work environment where safety comes first! We value experience – but also want to emphasize that documented qualifications are not everything. If you have, for example, welded or tinkered in the garage, built projects on your own or worked with paint and materials as a hairdresser? Then you may have valuable knowledge that is fully transferable to industry. If you have a forklift certificate, traversing skills, technical training or other relevant experience, that is a merit – but not a requirement for all assignments.
