Production Staff for Concrete Factory in Ucklum

Your work tasks: Reinforcement and assembly of casting details Manufacturing of reinforcement cages, including welding Form setting, casting, and finishing of concrete elements Participate in quality controls and factory maintenance Truck and overhead crane operation may occur as needed Important about working hours – two-shift system This position involves work in two shifts, and it is a requirement that you are prepared to work both shifts: Morning shift: Monday–Friday, 05:30–14:12 Evening shift: Monday–Thursday, 14:00–23:15 (Friday off) Shifts alternate weekly between morning and evening. You need to be able to work both shifts to be considered for this position. Your profile: We are looking for you if you: Are practical-minded and experienced with physical work Have basic understanding of technical drawings and good computer skills Are thorough, responsible, and a team player Are flexible and enjoy shift work Experience with line production, casting, reinforcement, or welding is advantageous but not required – we are happy to train the right person. Overhead crane certification and wheel loader certification are also advantageous. You are a flexible and engaged person with a positive attitude toward your work. You are always ready to adapt to changing circumstances and take pride in what you do.
