We are now seeking production personnel in casting for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Skövde.
About the Position
Would you like to work in an exciting production environment where traditional craftsmanship meets modern technology? We are looking for production personnel in casting for one of the world's largest players in the automotive industry - with placement in Skövde. In this role, you will be part of the entire casting process, from the melting shop and core-making to the molding line and post-treatment. This involves varied tasks such as machine monitoring, manual inspection of castings, forklift operation, and scrap melting. If you hold a forklift certification, that is a plus, but if you are open to obtaining one, we view that positively.
This is a fixed-term full-time position with working hours arranged in shifts and may vary between day, evening, night, and weekend shifts depending on operational needs. As a consultant through Adecco, you will have the opportunity to develop, learn new technology, and influence work processes at our client. About You
We are looking for someone who is thorough, solution-oriented, and responsible. You enjoy practical work tasks and are comfortable in an environment where both technology and collaboration are a natural part of everyday work.
Requirements for the Position:
Enjoy practical work tasks and preferably have experience working with your hands
B-class driver's license
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
Passing grade in Mathematics 1, Swedish 1, and English 5
Experience with industrial work
Knowledge or experience from casting work
Familiarity with troubleshooting
Experience with ABB robots or other robotic technology
