Production Personnel Needed for Assignment in Ljungby We are now seeking engaged and detail-oriented production personnel for our customers in Ljungby. About the Position As a production worker, you will work with varying tasks within industrial production and assembly. The work is performed both independently and in teams, where quality, accuracy, and efficiency are essential. The tasks may vary between different stations and departments, which requires flexibility and a willingness to always do good work. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, but shift work may occur. We Are Looking for You If We believe you have a practical high school education, for example in an industrial program, or equivalent work experience. You have previous experience from industrial or production work and feel confident reading drawings and working according to instructions. To succeed in this role, we see that you: Are handy and have good technical understanding Have experience reading drawings Work carefully and with quality awareness Are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced work environment Have an easy time collaborating and adapting to new tasks and environments Are positive, responsible, and service-oriented Requirements for the Position Valid forklift certification with categories A1–A4 and B1–B4 Documented experience working in production or assembly Practical high school education or equivalent work experience Experience reading drawings Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Does this sound like something for you?
