The company is relatively newly established, currently has six employees, and is in a strong growth phase. To meet increasing demand from international customers, the organization is being strengthened with 6 additional production operators. About the job EASY (EA Systems Yield AB) manufactures electronic components that are part of advanced water measurement equipment. The products are used globally and the business is characterized by high quality, precision, and technical development. The company operates from modern and spacious facilities centrally located in Kalix, where you will have the opportunity to influence and develop as the company continues its expansion. As a Production Operator, you will work with soldering and ultrasonic cleaning of components used in electronic equipment. The work also includes quality control, product handling, and packaging. You work according to clear work instructions and are an important part of ensuring that the company's high quality standards are met. The positions start on 27 July 2026 and are full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00. The assignment is planned to run for at least 12 months with good opportunity for extension. The recruitment is conducted and employment will be with OnePartnerGroup on behalf of EASY in Kalix. As an employee, you will be part of EASY's production team and work under the company's day-to-day management. Your qualifications We are looking for someone who is careful, responsible, and enjoys practical work where precision and quality are in focus. You have good manual dexterity, can work concentratedly even with recurring tasks, and appreciate working with others. You must be at least 18 years old and have a good command of Swedish in speech and writing. Experience from production, assembly, electronics, or other practical work is meritorious but not required, as training will be provided on-site.
