Production Operator

Allergon AB is a leading manufacturer of allergenic raw materials for allergy diagnostics and treatment. The company is part of Thermo Fisher Scientific and is part of the allergy diagnostics division. Allergon has over 40 employees and operations are located in Välinge, just south of Ängelholm. About the Work As a production operator, you will work with cultivation and processing of allergenic raw materials, including pollen, mite, and mold production. Production takes place during daytime hours. Your responsibilities include: Work largely takes place in a cleanroom environment and you typically work with a small team of 2–5 people. Production follows clear and carefully defined procedures. Cleaning of production facilities is also a natural part of the work. You follow established production instructions and procedures and document your work in a correct and careful manner. Work is performed in accordance with applicable GMP, ISO, environmental, and safety requirements, and you actively contribute to maintaining high quality, good organization, and a safe working environment. Who We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and responsible. You work in a structured manner and are comfortable following clear instructions and documenting your work in writing. You enjoy collaborating with others but can also work independently. You are driven by a technical interest and a strong desire to learn new tasks. For this position, you need: Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good understanding of English, spoken and written Good computer skills, with experience in word processing and spreadsheet programs Good ability to follow instructions and handle production documentation At least three years of upper secondary education, preferably in natural sciences or technology To be free from allergies, as the work involves handling allergenic raw materials. An allergy test will be conducted before contract signing.
