About the Company Our client is an established manufacturing company with modern, quality-controlled production. Order, safety, and collaboration are important parts of the workday. In this assignment, you will be employed by Effektiv and work as a consultant for our client in Södertälje. You will receive an introduction to the work and become part of a team where people help each other and share responsibility for ensuring production runs smoothly. What Does the Role Offer? As a production worker, you will work with various practical tasks in production. You prepare materials, follow work instructions, and verify that the produced items meet the correct quality standards. The work involves clear routines and safety regulations that must be followed carefully. Therefore, you need to be able to maintain focus, pay attention to detail, and speak up if something doesn't seem right. Your tasks include: • Preparing and inspecting materials • Performing various production tasks • Following instructions, routines, and safety regulations • Checking the quality of finished work • Documenting and reporting in the company's systems • Keeping the workplace clean and organized The position is full-time with work arranged in 3-shift rotation. Other work hours and weekend work may also occur. Who Are You? Your attitude is more important than a long CV. We're looking for someone who arrives on time, keeps their commitments, and is ready to work when your shift starts. You take responsibility for your tasks and understand that every part of production affects the final result. You don't need to know everything from the start. What matters is that you are motivated, listen to instructions, and want to learn. You work carefully even when tasks are repetitive and the pace is sometimes high. As a person, you are driven, reliable, and willing to work. You enjoy practical work, collaborate well with others, and bring a positive attitude. We would like to see that you have previously worked as a machine operator, production worker, or in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry. This is a merit, but your motivation and ability to follow routines carry significant weight. A B driver's license is required for this position. For the position, you also need to: • Be able to work 3-shift and weekend shifts if needed • Be able to follow instructions and safety regulations • Be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written • Have basic computer skills • Have full color vision A forklift license and experience with quality-controlled production are merits.
