We at Kak Kungen AB in Kumla manufacture fresh bakery products such as punch rolls, chocolate balls, and other confectionery items. Our products are delivered to customers throughout Sweden and to several countries in Europe. Our ambition is to always offer products of the highest quality, and therefore we are now seeking an engaged production worker to join our team. Work Tasks The work consists mainly of manufacturing dough for our products. It involves machine dough mixing, but you will manually pick together and add ingredients. You will need to be able to set up and monitor production machines as well as perform cleaning and other tasks that are part of daily production. The work sometimes occurs at a high pace and is physically demanding. During dough mixing, heavy tasks occur, which requires good physical ability and that you enjoy practical work. We are looking for someone who; • Is independent, responsible, and thorough. • Is structured and has a quality mindset in everything you do. • Enjoys a high work pace and can handle stress well. • Has good physical fitness and is prepared for work that is periodically physically strenuous. • Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is of great importance that you can read, understand, and follow written instructions. Production is based on clear work descriptions, recipes, and routines that must be followed carefully to ensure food safety, quality, and an efficient production flow. It is meritorious if you have a forklift certificate. Employment Terms • Working hours: Weekdays 07.00–16.00. • Salary according to the Livs collective agreement. • The position is a permanent employment that begins with a probationary period.
