We produce juice under two strong brands: Råsaft – cold-pressed juice processed with HPP (High Pressure Processing) by an external partner to preserve flavor and nutrients. Rscued – sustainable juices and beverages pasteurized in our own production. We're now seeking to strengthen several of our departments, where you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient, safe, and quality production. About the Role: As an Operator, you work in production and are a natural ambassador for hygiene, efficiency, and quality on the floor. You combine operational work with responsibility for supporting the team, helping develop work methods, and ensuring our high standards for food safety and quality are met. Your Responsibilities Work operationally in production. Work operatively with different teams. Ensure hygiene procedures, food safety, and quality requirements are followed. Identify and report deviations and drive corrective actions. Contribute to a safe, structured, and positive work environment. Collaborate across processes to optimize flow and guarantee deliveries. About You: You have experience from food production or other manufacturing industry. You're someone who enjoys taking responsibility and getting things done. You're organized, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious. You thrive in a fast pace and enjoy working close to operations. You have strong communication skills and create engagement. Merits include experience with: Food safety and hygiene work. Improvement work, such as Lean or 5S. Filling, packaging, or process industry.
