Production Worker in Manufacturing Industry

About the Position
The work varies depending on which department you join.
In one department, you work closely with your colleagues in production where collaboration and communication are essential for smooth and safe operations. Your tasks are practical and hands-on, where you and your team are responsible for manufacturing products according to blueprints and instructions.
In another department, you work more directly with processes and machinery. Here you monitor production flows, handle material replenishment, and ensure that machines and automated processes function correctly. This role is ideal for you if you enjoy a technical environment and like to keep track of multiple tasks at once.
The position is based on a two-shift schedule.
