About the role You will be part of a small team with a primary focus on our accessory products, where you will work with pre-assembly, assembly, and packing. At times there is a high work pace and tasks may vary. The operations also include logistics, repairs, and quality work. As we are a smaller team, we help each other where needed, which means that tasks in these areas may also be part of your role. You will work closely with other team members in production and logistics, as well as our production planner. You will report to the supply manager. To perform the work, you need to be able to read and understand work instructions and manufacturing documents. Working hours are currently daytime. Your profile We are looking for someone who is thorough, has an eye for detail and good organizational skills, which are crucial for ensuring quality in our daily work. You have a natural way of collaborating with colleagues, are open-minded, initiative-taking, curious, and sociable. You take personal responsibility, are not afraid to try new tasks, and drive your work forward in an independent manner. We also value practical skills and an understanding of production and mechanics. To succeed in the role, you have: Experience working in manufacturing or equivalent professional experience. Complete upper secondary education Forklift certification is a merit Application This is a fixed-term full-time position for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
