Are you interested in shaping the buildings of the future with prefabricated concrete? At K-Prefab in Finja, you work in a production environment with forming, reinforcing, casting, and finishing of walls, slabs, balconies, and other concrete elements. You always work in collaboration with a dedicated team that strives for high quality and safety. Your Tasks As a concrete worker, you play a central role in the manufacturing of prefabricated concrete elements. You work flexibly and can switch between different departments depending on operational needs. Examples of production tasks include: *Reinforce, form, and cast according to drawings *Finish concrete elements *Maintain tools and equipment *Work in a team and contribute to good production flow *Follow safety procedures and ensure quality in your work *Be flexible and able to switch between workstations Your Profile We are looking for someone who is engaged, driven, and willing to learn, with experience working in the concrete industry, production, or construction environments. Since the work is physically demanding, it is important that you are in good physical condition. We would like to see that you have previously worked with concrete. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and are interested in further developing your skills in the industry. We see that you have: *Good understanding of Swedish in speech and writing *Ability to read and follow instructions and drawings *Thorough and responsible in your work *Forklift certification and reach truck certification (merits) What We Offer Additional Information *Work Location: Finja (outside Hässleholm) *Start: By agreement *Duration: Begins with a 6-month fixed-term employment via Maxkompetens *Working Hours: Daytime *Salary: According to agreement K-Prefab has chosen to work with Maxkompetens in this process.
