About the Position You will primarily be responsible for machine monitoring, assembly, inspection/testing, and packing. Production is modern and much of the work is performed by robots, but manual tasks also occur. We are seeking candidates for the following roles: Tester who tests/quality assures finished products Press line operators Operators within automation/robot cells Assemblers Since the need at different stations can vary, we would like to see that you have the competence and willingness to work with all tasks. The work may include both day shifts and shift work. About You Industrial/technical or practical education Computer skills Have experience with technical tasks, such as operator or similar Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Able to handle repetitive work tasks Meritorious with forklift certification, reach truck certification, LEAN/5S Regarding personal profile, we would like to see that you are someone who can: Work both independently and together with others in a work team. You can follow procedures, drive your work forward, and work to achieve set goals. Since the work may include physical tasks such as heavy lifting, you need to be in good physical condition. Ability to remain calm even in stressful/sudden situations.
