Protite AB is an employee-owned manufacturing company in Ängelholm that produces plant enclosures, machine guards, and industrial sewing products for customers in Swedish and international industry. We work closely with our customers and assist with everything from prototypes and product customization to series production. With high quality, flexibility, and excellent service, we are a long-term partner to industrial companies across multiple sectors. We are now seeking a flexible production associate who wants to join our team. About the Role With us, you'll get varied work where you help out across different parts of production as needed. Work tasks may include: Sewing technical products in various materials Cutting and stamping of materials Work at stamping and cutting machines Work at HF welding machines Quality inspections and finishing of products In short, all production processes that occur in our facility after necessary introduction and training. We're Looking for You if You Have experience from manufacturing industry or other production operations Are accustomed to working from work instructions, drawings, or specifications Are meticulous and quality-conscious Have an aptitude for learning new work processes Thrive in a varied role where tasks can shift between different departments Are a team player who is happy to help where the need is greatest Since many of our products are customer-tailored, it's important that you can absorb information from drawings, work instructions, and customer-specific requirements. The position begins with a 6-month probationary period with the aim of transitioning to a permanent employment contract. Fixed monthly salary according to agreement.
