About the Position As a production worker, you work in our manufacturing process for dietary supplements in the form of tablets, capsules, and powders. Your work tasks may include: - Adjusting, monitoring, and maintaining production machines - Ensuring that production is carried out efficiently and according to quality-assured procedures - Washing and cleaning according to our high hygiene requirements The work is performed both in teams and independently. To facilitate the physical work, we use various types of equipment, but heavier lifting does occur. We are Looking for You Who: - Have worked with machines and are technically interested at heart - Want to develop together with the company and have a drive to build your competence in production, machines, and our processes - Are careful, responsible, and efficient - Have good physical fitness and are used to active work - Enjoy practical work and working in a team Requirements: - Relevant experience in production - Experience with machine monitoring and/or maintenance - Technical understanding and problem-solving ability About SwEnergy We are a Swedish family business that develops, manufactures, and sells dietary supplements. Since spring 2022, we have been located in newly built premises in Ulricehamn. We are in an expansive phase and are looking for you who want to grow with us.
