We are seeking a production worker for our food production facility Would you like to work with food production in a varied role where you get to take significant responsibility? Do you have an interest in food, quality, and problem-solving? Then you might be the person we're looking for! About the Position We are seeking a self-motivated production worker who will play an important role in our daily production. The work includes tasks such as preparing and executing production including: mixing batters & sauces, operating our filling machines and cooking vessels, and ensuring that products maintain high quality. You will work independently, but always have the opportunity to receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues when needed. The work is varied and includes mostly practical tasks but also orders & planning. Heavy lifting may occur, which means you need to have good physical capability. We are Looking for You Who Are self-motivated and enjoy taking responsibility. Are thorough and quality-conscious. Are solution-oriented and handle unexpected situations with ease. Have good planning ability and can create structure in your work. Have an interest in food, flavors, and food production. Have some technical understanding and feel comfortable working with machines and production equipment. Have good physical fitness as the work involves some lifting. Have fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Merits Experience from the food industry. Knowledge of or experience with food safety and hygiene procedures (HACCP or similar). Experience working with production machinery.
