About the Position As a production manager, you will have overall responsibility for a production department and will organize, motivate, and develop employees based on applicable objectives, policies, and guidelines. As a production manager, you will also contribute to the client's overall goals regarding safety, quality, productivity, delivery reliability, and competence compliance, while actively participating in improvement work and developing work methods. Together with the production manager, lead and direct production processes according to standards and established goals in a systematic and efficient manner. Ensure that production runs optimally, that the final result meets the requirements of the manufacturing specifications and established quality objectives. Set goals for the department on a daily and weekly basis, follow up on established goals, and close production orders according to routine. Responsibility for updating and continuously monitoring KPI/OPI. Coordinate and ensure that the department follows procedures regarding 5S and improvement work. Ongoing handling of personnel matters according to procedures, employee meetings. About You We are looking for someone who is organized, action-oriented, and has experience leading people in a production environment. You have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, make decisions, and possess good communication skills. You thrive with both operational responsibility and working on development matters. Leadership and ability to develop employees Structured and solution-oriented Proactive and decisive Good collaboration skills and clear communication Formal Qualifications Experience in leadership within production or industrial environments Good understanding of production processes and continuous improvement work (e.g., Lean) Communicates well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Merits It is advantageous to have technical education, basic blueprint reading, or experience in production planning, as well as experience working with quality systems, safety systems, and workplace environment matters. Driver's license category B is advantageous.
