About the Company
YTAB Group is an industrial group with production in Sweden and Hungary and a leading position in surface treatment of plastic and composite components as well as own manufacturing and assembly. We have approximately 100 employees and an annual turnover of about 115 MSEK. Over the past few years, we have invested over 70 MSEK in our operations – and we are continuing forward. Our customers are found in sectors including automotive industry, medical technology, defense industry, consumer electronics and interior design. The recruitment is conducted in cooperation with Wikan Personal.
Your Responsibilities
As a production manager with us, you will have a central role in the organization with responsibility for approximately 25 employees in production. You lead, develop and inspire your team while driving improvement work and ensuring efficient production with high quality.
You report to our production manager and work closely with both the team and management.
The role includes:
• Leading, coaching and developing your team in daily operations
• Planning production, staffing and resources
• Driving improvement and efficiency work together with employees
• Ensuring good work environment, safety and handling of personnel matters
• Conducting employee meetings and actively working with competence development
• Following up on production, quality, budget and finances
• Working with reporting and administrative tasks
• Introducing and following up on routines, instructions and work methods
Your Background / Your Qualities
We are looking for you who:
• Are an experienced leader (at least two years) within manufacturing industry where you have had work environment and staffing responsibility
• Have experience working with team development and production planning
• Have a high school diploma, preferably technical (post-secondary education is a merit)
• Preferably have complemented with training in leadership, BAM, Lean or 5S
• Have good computer skills, especially in Office packages and business systems
• Have very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Have a B driver's license
