Y-tech is an established company in Mellansel that offers, among other things, surface treatment and rust protection solutions to customers in Swedish industry. With approximately 10 employees and a family-oriented corporate culture, the company is facing the next step in its development, where improvement work, new working methods and future expansion are important parts of the journey. About the position As a Production Manager you will become a central person in the business and an important link between production, management and customers. You are responsible for planning, leading and monitoring daily production while working to develop processes, working methods and routines to create an even more efficient business. The role is both operational and development-oriented. You are close to the business, support employees in their daily work and contribute ideas and initiatives that help the company take the next step. Your main responsibilities include: Planning, leading and monitoring daily production. Work supervision and support for production staff. Production planning, material flow and resource allocation. Improvement and development work in production and working methods. Customer contacts regarding deliveries, deviations and complaints. Participation in the development of the company's production and planning systems. Participation in the company's management group. Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience leading or coordinating operations in manufacturing industry, mechanical workshops or other production-related business. Experience in production management, improvement work, Lean or change projects is a merit, but we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and attitude.
