Your role Kiruna Operations Support Business Services is now seeking a production manager for Transport. The function is responsible for transport services to customers throughout the organization. Buses, cars and freight vehicles are operated according to fixed routes or booked by customers as needed, and a pool vehicle fleet for own use is provided, as well as recovery services are handled. The workplace is part of the Kiruna Operations Support Business Services department, which is responsible for ensuring infrastructure and services within LKAB's area in Kiruna. As a production manager, you have operational responsibility for operations within the industrial area in Kiruna. You plan, coordinate and lead daily operations with a focus on ensuring efficient transport and good service to our customers. The role also includes schedule planning and ongoing booking of buses and vehicles. Overall areas of responsibility: • Plan, coordinate and lead daily operations • Monitor and report on operational assignments • Manage vehicles, including maintenance and reinvestment What you bring with you We are looking for someone who enjoys planning, structuring and moving work forward. You have a strong service focus towards both employees and customers, take responsibility and want to participate in developing working methods and solutions. We also see that you have: Approved upper secondary school grades Category B driving license Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written Meritorious: Experience in security Bus license and Category C driving license We warmly welcome your application!
