About the roleWe are looking for someone with experience working as a production manager or equivalent. You will be one of three production managers with us. You enjoy coaching your staff, improving efficiency, and developing the business. If you also have experience working with Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma, we see that as a merit. We want you to be able to work operationally, understand our processes to further develop them, but also be comfortable with administrative aspects related to personnel, results, and budget responsibility. You will also collaborate with our logistics unit manager and logistics coordinators to maintain our customer relationships so we deliver the best service for the customer. You will be responsible for monitoring and developing your department toward set goals and coaching your employees so they enjoy working here. We would like to see that you have experience in logistics operations within e-commerce or 3PL. You have a good understanding of different systems and it is a merit if you have worked with Astro or Epix previously. You have an interest in and experience with personnel responsibility and enjoy leading and coaching your staff. You are also clear in your expectations, your feedback, and your communication with your employees. Good computer skills are a must with basic Excel knowledge as a minimum. Swedish is the working language, but good skills in English, both spoken and written, are a requirement. Academic education in a relevant field is a merit.
