LKAB Malmtrafik LKAB Malmtrafik is responsible for loading, unloading, and transport of LKAB's iron ore products on the Ore Railway. We transport from the mines in Kiruna and Malmberget to the harbors in Luleå and Narvik, and to SSAB in Luleå.
Your role
As a production manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and distributing work within the terminal's production together with internal and external resources. You will be part of a small leadership team with a strong focus on collaboration and dialogue.
You will, among other things:
Lead and monitor daily operations
Conduct daily management meetings and perform job observations
Ensure that safety rules and working methods are followed
Carry out risk management and safety rounds at the facility
Drive the development of working methods, equipment, and operations
Participate in and sometimes represent the organization in projects
What you bring with you
You are a person who takes responsibility, works systematically, and drives your work forward. You collaborate well with others, communicate clearly, and are flexible when conditions change. You thrive in a role where you lead and develop both working methods and people.
You also bring:
Complete upper secondary school grades, preferably with a technical focus or equivalent experience
Good ability to lead work and follow up on results
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Class B driver's license
Meritorious:
Experience working within railway
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the railway environment
Mechanical experience
