Technogarden is now seeking a skilled and experienced production manager for Sever Pharma Solutions AB, a growing company with ambitious goals. As a production manager, you have personnel responsibility for both operators and shift supervisors, and you lead daily operations within and between shifts. As a production manager, you are responsible for work environment, equipment, processes, and documentation within your area. You ensure stable production, investigate and manage deviations, and prepare for and participate in regulatory and customer inspections. You report to the Production Manager. In this role, you will have great opportunities to develop and make an impact. The current team consists of 22 employees working in one shift. Your main areas of responsibility: - Ensure a high level of good work environment and occupational safety - Lead, plan, and distribute work within and between shifts - Ensure that employees have the right training and competence and drive their development - Recruit, onboard, and instruct new personnel - Drive improvement initiatives, implement improvements, and optimize processes according to LEAN - Report manufacturing data and relevant KPIs - Ensure compliance with cGMP throughout your area of responsibility - Write instructions, manage change requests, and train operators - Ensure that preventive maintenance and calibration programs are followed in collaboration with technicians - Participate in procurement of machinery, spare parts, consumables, and equipment - It is very important that the person we are seeking is frequently present in the production area and with the team Your qualifications: - Several years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical production or other GMP-regulated environments - Post-secondary education, preferably in chemistry or mechanical engineering - Strong technical interest and understanding, as well as substantial production experience - Good ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions It is a merit if you have experience and knowledge of polymers and extrusion, as well as LEAN and continuous improvement work.
