About the Role As an evening shift production manager, you are responsible for the daily operations within one of our processes and lead a team of approximately 15-20 employees. You ensure that work is conducted safely, efficiently, and with high quality, while creating conditions for engagement, collaboration, and strong results. The role is operational and close to the business. You work in the middle of production and are the senior manager on site during the evening shift. Therefore, you need to be comfortable making decisions, prioritizing, managing rapid changes, and creating structure in a high-tempo operation. You are part of a team of production managers and report to one of our process managers. Together, you work to develop the operation and create conditions for safe, efficient, and well-functioning operations. Lean is a natural part of our working approach and you continuously drive improvements together with employees and colleagues. Your Responsibilities The role includes, among other things: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of employees Having full personnel responsibility, including planning, follow-up, employee conversations, and development discussions Ensuring a good work environment through active work with workplace health and safety, incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety rounds Following up, analyzing, and acting on KPIs and other key metrics Planning and prioritizing daily work and allocating resources based on operational needs Responsible for daily operations within the process Conducting start-up meetings and level meetings Identifying, initiating, and driving improvement work within processes and working methods This is a role for someone who thrives close to operations and enjoys combining leadership with operational responsibility. To succeed in the role, we believe you have: Complete upper secondary school grades Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written Experience in a supervisory role with personnel responsibility Ability to plan, structure, and follow up on daily work A results-oriented approach and experience driving operations forward We consider it a merit if you have: Leadership training Post-secondary education in logistics or a similar field Experience from logistics or warehouse operations Experience working with KPIs and operational follow-up Experience with Lean and systematic improvement work Your Workplace At our warehouse in Enköping, approximately 400 employees work.
