Here you will have a key role in the operation where you are responsible for leading daily work, developing processes, and contributing to the company's continued growth and success. Responsibilities Lead and allocate daily work in production Ensure that production meets set targets for quality, delivery, and efficiency Plan and monitor production resources and capacity Drive and participate in improvement and efficiency work Coach, motivate, and develop employees Monitor key metrics and initiate improvement measures Collaborate with other functions to ensure efficient production flow We believe you have Experience from manufacturing industry Previous experience in work supervision or leadership Good understanding of production processes and planning Ability to make decisions and prioritize in a changing environment A solution-oriented and structured approach to work Good communication skills and natural leadership abilities Meritorious Experience with LEAN or improvement work Technical understanding or technical education Experience in production planning Knowledge in quality, work environment, or production economics Do you recognize yourself in this description and want to take the next step in your career?
