We are now looking for a production manager who wants to help develop the education, projects, and innovation environments of the future at Campus Nynäshamn. Job Responsibilities As a production manager, you will become a key person in the Development Unit and work with planning, coordinating, and driving complex productions from startup to delivery. A large part of the assignment is within our annual application project for education to the Swedish Council for Higher Vocational Education. The project encompasses national vocational education, higher vocational education programs, and higher vocational education courses. You will have a leading and coordinating role in the work of reapplying for our existing education programs. You will hold together processes where education leaders, project managers, writers, management representatives, and other functions contribute different parts. You plan and follow up on deliverables, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure that the work becomes a cohesive delivery of high quality. The role involves no personnel responsibility, but requires that you are skilled at leading others without being a formal manager. You create momentum through clarity, trust, and follow-up and take action when something risks getting stuck. You belong to the Development Unit but work in parts of the assignment very closely with the higher vocational education operations and especially our education leaders. The assignment is broader than education applications. You can also work with other projects and applications, including externally funded and international projects, as well as manage larger events, meeting places, and activities within our development areas. The role also includes practical and administrative work on your own. You need to be comfortable switching between holding together complex productions and doing what it takes yourself for a good delivery. The work includes: lead and coordinate production and application processes plan and follow up on schedules, activities, dependencies, and deliverables coordinate participants and clarify responsibilities and expectations follow up on progress, manage risks, and ensure quality and delivery further develop and anchor working methods and processes according to the principle of continuous improvement manage other projects, activities, and larger events and provide local support for document and case management in Public 360. About the Workplace Campus Nynäshamn is part of the Business and Labor Market Administration and is the municipality's strategic learning center for higher education, lifelong learning, and innovation-driven development. You will become part of the Development Unit, where we develop new education, projects, and collaborations together with other parts of Campus and external actors. The operations are in a dynamic development phase with investments in sustainable transformation, digitalization, internationalization, and externally funded projects. We are also strengthening Campus Nynäshamn's role in the regional innovation system and developing new meeting places for learning, collaboration, and innovation. We work at the intersection of education, working life, societal development, and innovation. What We're Looking for in You To succeed in the role, you have: post-secondary education in, for example, project management, production, education, communication, or another relevant field experience managing production or projects with complex processes involving multiple participants experience independently planning and following up on parallel activities, schedules, and dependencies experience leading and creating momentum without formal management authority very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing good digital skills the ability to switch between leading and coordinating work yourself and having a supporting role when the project manager or your immediate supervisor leads the work. It is an advantage if you have: experience with higher vocational education applications, particularly reapplications, and good knowledge of higher vocational education and the Swedish Council for Higher Vocational Education's education formats experience with project or funding applications in public operations, national programs, or EU programs experience with event management or other complex production involving many participants experience with education production, process development, and quality assurance experience working in complex organizations or collaboration between multiple organizations.
