Job Description As a production leader, you will have direct contact with our clients in the facility's work programs. In your daily contact with clients, your work involves contributing to their learning but also helping them reflect on their situation. We are now seeking a production leader for a temporary position in the work programs at Mariefred Facility. The facility has a mechanical workshop, assembly, carpentry, ceramic studio, health-related activities, and creative programs. This means you should be prepared to substitute or rotate within the work team as needed. As a production leader, you are responsible for introducing and mentoring clients and actively participating in various work tasks within the programs described above. After a local orientation, you as production leader will be involved in and responsible for daily operations. You plan, allocate work, and ensure that our deliveries are completed on schedule. You also participate directly in the work and planning. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and has self-awareness. You work well with others and have well-founded and clear values. In stressful situations, you remain calm, stable, and in control. You have the ability to make sound judgments and prioritize appropriately. You have a good understanding of how people learn and adapt your way of communicating based on the recipient's circumstances. You must also be in good physical condition to respond physically if the situation requires it. To thrive and succeed in your role, it is important that you share the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's core values of a humane view of people, respect for the individual, and belief in human development. You are also aware of and understand how background, culture, and group membership affect you and others. We are looking for someone who has: Complete upper secondary school competence in the form of a final grade or diploma, or other education combined with work experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service considers relevant Work experience, including in the form of seasonal work, temporary employment, or self-employment. Internships and volunteer work are not considered equivalent to employment Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish Category B driver's license It is also advantageous to have: Work experience in, for example, warehouse, construction, industrial, or creative activities that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service considers relevant Experience in work leadership and/or supervising staff Forklift certification Security awareness regarding both workplace safety and client safety Experience from the Swedish Prison and Probation Service Knowledge of treatment work and understanding of its significance and role in the execution of sentences Other Information The Swedish Prison and Probation Service has chosen to remove the cover letter requirement and replaced it with selection questions relevant to the position.
