Here you'll get a role where no two days are the same. As a production manager, you'll hold customer projects together, plan, coordinate, and solve problems as they arise. You'll become an important part of building up both the team, work methods, and operations – for someone who enjoys responsibility, people, and making things happen.
About Us
Ragn-Sells is one of Sweden's leading specialist companies in recycling and the environment. We collect, process, and recycle waste and residual products from businesses, organizations, and households throughout Sweden. Our experienced and professional employees believe in simple solutions, responsibility, holistic thinking, and forward-thinking. We have just over 1,600 employees in Sweden. Ragn-Sells Group also operates in Norway, Denmark, and Estonia.
What We Offer
At Ragn-Sells, we offer:
• Work in one of Sweden's most important industries
• A pleasant workplace with good and competent colleagues
• Employment terms with market-competitive salaries, collective agreements, pension, development opportunities, wellness allowance, etc.
• Competence development opportunities through our own Academy
Your Responsibilities
As a production manager, you'll have a varied day-to-day role that largely revolves around planning, coordinating, and managing customer projects. You'll interact with customers, follow up on ongoing work, and ensure that the right things happen at the right time and with the right quality. When things don't go according to plan, you're the type who likes to roll up your sleeves, find a solution, and make it work.
You'll also be responsible for classifying materials and hazardous waste and ensuring that correct documentation and declarations are completed. You don't need to know everything from the start – we have in-house expertise in areas such as chemicals, material classification, and regulations, and you'll have the opportunity to build on your knowledge along the way.
An important part of the role is also to help build up the team and work methods going forward. You'll be among the first on site and therefore have great opportunities to influence how the work should be done and how the operations should develop.
The position is based in Skellefteå, with possible travel within the region.
Your Profile
We believe you're someone who enjoys when things happen and who finds it easy to create order even when conditions change. You're service-oriented, communicative, and have a natural focus on finding solutions rather than seeing problems.
Perhaps you have experience in project management, coordination, operations, production, or customer-facing work. Maybe you've worked in industry, waste, transport, or a completely different sector where you took on significant responsibility. What matters isn't that your background looks a certain way, but that you're curious, structured, and enjoy making things work.
If you have experience with hazardous waste, chemicals, or materials handling, that's certainly a plus, but it's not a requirement. We'd like to see that you want to develop and build your competence over time.
