About Nomeko Nomeko AB is a traditional mechanical engineering company based in Molkom. With modern machinery and a passion for precision, we work closely with our customers to deliver products that meet their specific needs. The company has approximately 75 employees and operates production focused on plate cutting, welding, and machining—everything from single-piece manufacturing to larger series. Together with AB Br. Hedbergs Mekaniska Verkstad in Skattkärr and AB Ekshärads Mekaniska Verkstad in Ekshärad and Molkom, we form the core of the Hermano Group. About the Role We are looking for a production manager who wants to take responsibility for our plate cutting and welding operations. This is a role for someone who likes to stay on top of things, make things happen, and remain close to employees in their daily work. You will lead a team of engaged production staff and be an important link between production and other parts of the company. You don't need to know everything about everything, but you should have experience from the manufacturing industry, understand how production works, and be confident in leading others. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: planning and distributing daily work monitoring quality, deliveries, and productivity ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently working on improvements to work methods and processes collaborating with production, planning, procurement, and other functions following up on and developing employees' competencies contributing to a good work environment and positive team climate Who Are You? We believe you have a few years of experience from the manufacturing industry and preferably experience leading teams, plate cutting, welding, or similar production. Maybe you've already held a leadership role. Maybe you are currently an experienced welder, production technician, or team leader who feels it's time to take the next step. What's most important to us is that you: are confident and clear as a person can inspire and bring people along dare to make decisions and take responsibility are solution-oriented when things get challenging have good technical understanding and interest in production enjoy improving things both big and small If you have experience with LEAN, production planning, or improvement work, that's a plus. The same applies to experience with the Monitor business system, knowledge of different cutting methods, blueprint reading, and welding standards. What Do We Offer?
