About the Position
The Production Manager Facility is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring facility maintenance to ensure safe, functional, and reliable buildings and depot environments. You will be responsible for the daily distribution of work tasks and ensure that work is performed correctly and safely. The Production Manager is a key person in preventive maintenance and when disruptions and problems occur.
The Production Manager has overall responsibility for ongoing dialogue with the Traffic Administration and other external suppliers.
The role also includes monitoring and ensuring that inspections/rounds of facilities and depot environments are carried out satisfactorily and that any deviations are handled and remedied.
As a Production Manager in facility management, your main tasks will be to lead daily operations and continuously develop both work methods and staff within facility management. You will work to ensure planned and unplanned facility work with ongoing reporting to the Facility Manager.
Main Responsibilities
This is a shared position where you will work both practically and administratively across Täby, Märsta, and Norrtälje. However, your home base will be Täby.
We are looking for someone with a background in facility management with at least 3 years of experience in managing complex facilities. Your main responsibilities will be to handle fault reports and ensure remedies are taken within set timeframes. Ensure that inspections, service, and maintenance are performed in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Compile documentation for reports regarding facilities and depot environments.
Maintain ongoing dialogue with suppliers, staff, and the Traffic Administration.
Handle administrative tasks, including invoices and system tracking.
You will work with the facilities' heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems as well as other technical installations at bus depots and rest facilities.
Required Competencies
- Technical basic education or competency in Facility Technology is required.
- At least 3 years of documented experience working in the operation of complex facilities.
- Good ability to have an overall perspective of facilities and their needs.
- Good computer skills, Outlook, Excel, maintenance systems.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- B-category driver's license
