Work Location: Flexible home base Position: Travel-based work with on-site assignments at our customers throughout Sweden About the Role As a Production Manager Construction, you hold a central role in our projects. You are responsible for leading and supporting the production team directly in the field and ensuring that work is completed according to established goals for quality, schedule, and work environment. The position is operational, meaning you will spend most of your time in production. You work closely with both team members and project management to create efficient workflows and successful project deliveries. Responsibilities - Plan, lead, and monitor daily production. - Ensure work is performed in accordance with quality, safety, and delivery precision requirements. - Lead, coach, and develop team members in daily work. - Manage work environment issues and ensure safety procedures are followed. - Report results, status, and any deviations to project managers. - Participate hands-on in project work when needed. We Are Looking for Someone Who Is an engaged and organized leader with strong drive and excellent collaboration skills. You have experience from construction operations or a similar industry and thrive in a role combining leadership with operational work. Requirements - Experience from construction, building, or related industry. - Knowledge of work environment and quality management. - Class B driver's license. - Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written. Merits - Experience with personnel management. - Practical background in construction, assembly, or similar operations.
