As an in-house agency, we combine detailed knowledge of ICA with specialized expertise in communication and various media channels – a broad and exciting field of operations. ICA Advertising is simply a comprehensive communications agency that is currently looking for employees for its large operations where you could be one of them. Who are you? As a production manager, you coordinate and lead assignments across all media channels and ensure deliveries in accordance with customer agreements. You ensure that the right conditions exist to carry out production and that the timeline, brief, and cost estimate are anchored and that delivery occurs according to established deadlines. You drive, in consultation with the team, the implementation of campaigns across all channels, both print and digital. You have experience receiving briefs/assignment descriptions, preparing cost estimates, and taking responsibility for time and resource planning in production execution, as well as invoicing at the end of the assignment. You are a responsive, flexible, and curious person who constantly wants to develop and views change positively. You take great personal responsibility for your own development, but are also engaged in work around developing roles and competencies, work tasks, and the organization at large, in line with future and workplace needs. Beyond this, you are a positive, cheerful person and team player who values your external and internal contacts. Qualifications For this role, you need to have: Post-secondary relevant education in marketing/communication or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years of experience in production management within the advertising industry. Digital experience in the role from previous positions. Employment form: Part-time. Fixed-term contract.
