Welcome to apply! Your Next Challenge Within SCA Forest's Production function, we are responsible for planning and harvesting forest, whether it is private forest or SCA's own forest. The function has approximately 160 employees and covers all production from Norrbotten in the north to Hälsingland in the south. As a Production Manager, you work in a broad and varied role with many different issues. You work with tasks such as production matters, workforce management, and nature value issues mixed with improvement work. You alternate between working in the office and spending equal time in the forest. In your role as Production Manager, you are responsible for timber production up to the customer. You manage and develop the operations of 4 to 6 harvesting crews. Common tasks include pricing of harvesting services, work with health and safety, and monitoring of quality and environmental issues within your area of responsibility. You ensure that production maintains high quality and meets both internal and external requirements. Who Are You? Since the work involves handling various digital tools and systems, it is important that you are comfortable with computers and have an aptitude for learning new technology.
