Production Manager

Job Responsibilities As a Production Manager, you coordinate and lead the assignment across all media channels and ensure deliveries according to customer agreements. You ensure that the right conditions exist to carry out the production and that timelines, briefs, and cost estimates are anchored, with delivery occurring according to set deadlines. You drive the implementation of campaigns across all channels, both print and digital, in consultation with the team. You are experienced in receiving and writing briefs/assignment descriptions, preparing cost estimates, and are responsible for scheduling and resource planning in production implementation, advising on effectiveness, and invoicing at the end of the assignment. You are an attentive, flexible, and curious person who constantly wants to develop and views change positively. You take significant personal responsibility for your own development, but are also engaged in work around developing roles, competencies, tasks, and the organization at large, in accordance with future and workplace needs. Your Profile For this role, you need to have: - Post-secondary education relevant to marketing/communication or equivalent work experience. - At least 2 years of experience in production management within the advertising industry. - Digital experience in the role from previous positions. Beyond this, you are a positive, cheerful person and team player who values your external and internal relationships.
