Take the opportunity as we are now seeking a Production Manager for our client in an assignment that initially begins as a consulting solution with the ambition of long-term employment with the client.

Duties and Responsibilities
Do you want to combine leadership with technical development while making a real difference in production?
As Production Manager at Gnutti Carlo Group, you will have a key role where you lead and develop a team within CNC machining. Together, you will ensure that our components maintain the highest quality and meet the demands of a global automotive industry.
You are responsible for creating the best conditions for both people, machines and results, by:
Leading, coaching and developing teams in CNC machining
Ensuring stable and efficient CNC production (turning, milling, etc.)
Working closely with production technology to optimize runs and setup times
Driving improvement work according to LEAN and continuous improvement
Monitoring OEE, quality, productivity and cost
Ensuring a safe and secure working environment
Collaborating closely with production technology, maintenance and quality
You have overall responsibility for your CNC area – from daily operations to long-term development.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading in a technically advanced production environment and achieving results through others.
Your profile:
Are a clear and present leader who builds trust and engagement
Have leadership experience, preferably in CNC or cutting machining
Have a good understanding of machine machining, production technology and workflows
Have experience working with efficiency, quality and improvement initiatives
Are communicative and comfortable in both Swedish and English
Have a genuine interest in people, technology and development
Meritorious:
Experience with automated production or robotic solutions
Previous work with OEE, SMED or LEAN implementations
Your personal qualities are crucial – we are looking for someone who drives development, inspires others and gets teams to perform together.
