Production Coordinator We are seeking a structured and solution-oriented production coordinator who wants to be the hub of our operations. We work with sales, installation, service, and contracting within the pool and outdoor environment sector. Multiple projects run simultaneously every day, and we are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, planning ahead, and getting people to work together toward the same goals. You will have a central role coordinating service work across our retail shop, project management, construction management, work supervision, service technicians, and customers. Your Responsibilities - Plan and coordinate contracting work, service operations, and installations. - Manage daily and weekly production planning. - Distribute work together with construction managers and work supervisors. - Maintain contact with customers before and during ongoing projects. - Ensure that the correct materials, drawings, and information are available before project start. - Coordinate subcontractors and deliveries. - Handle bookings/rebookings and changes in planning. - Follow up on projects to ensure they stay on schedule and report deviations. - Support the retail shop with planning installations and deliveries. - Work in the company's planning and business systems. - Contribute to developing routines and working methods for even more efficient operations. You will not have personnel responsibility, but you will have significant coordination responsibility.
