In your role as a production engineer, you will be part of a team of approximately 10 people responsible for the company's production technical matters regarding mechanical and electronics production. You will work with complex products used in both civilian and military aircraft in close collaboration with several other departments, such as procurement, development, and suppliers. Your overall area of responsibility is to develop and automate production processes through efficiency improvements and elimination of waste. This includes: - Analyzing and implementing corrective actions for production technical problems - Developing documentation, procedures, and instructions - Troubleshooting and developing tools, fixtures, and test equipment - Technical support to production - Contact with suppliers and customers WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: - Have relevant post-secondary education in production engineering, industrial economics, or mechanical engineering - Have at least one year of work experience in production technical work - Have interest and understanding for technology in general and electronics or mechanics in particular - Have fluent knowledge of both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work In this recruitment, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
