Nova Industri AB is a leading service company specializing in industrial production and mechanical processing, with operations in Boden and Kalix. With over 20 years of experience, we offer custom solutions in turning, milling, welding, and steel construction. Our strong regional presence allows us to deliver high-quality services, primarily to industrial companies throughout Norrbotten. As Production Manager at Nova Industri, you will have the opportunity to work with your team to create and realize a shared vision. You will report directly to Nova Industri's General Manager. You will work closely with colleagues at the parent company in Germany to follow SMS group standards and guidelines. Strong skills in both Swedish and English are required for this position. You are results-oriented and thrive on seeing progress and development within your team. Responsibilities Production management and customer-focused deliveries: Ensure delivery of high quality through efficient production management and strong customer focus. Financial responsibility and cost control: Responsibility for financial results, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability. Innovation and operational efficiency: Promote innovation and continuous improvement of operations in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including colleagues in Germany. Compliance with regulations and ISO standards: Ensure that operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including maintaining ISO certifications. Safety, quality, and continuous improvements: Implement and maintain robust processes for safety, quality, and continuous improvements, including preventive measures to avoid errors and deficiencies. Personal Qualities and Qualifications You are a workshop-oriented professional with a background as a machine operator or workshop mechanic and a genuine interest in industrial production and manufacturing operations. You have practical experience from the shop floor, including knowledge of CNC programming, and thrive in an environment where quality, safety, and reliability are always in focus. With at least five years of relevant experience, you have built solid technical expertise in areas such as assembly and welding. You work in a structured manner based on health, safety, and environmental requirements as well as established quality procedures. Beyond technical competence, you understand how production results are measured and improved. You have experience with workshop controlling and reporting on cost centers. You have previous leadership experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial services and feel confident leading, motivating, and developing employees to achieve common goals. Finally, you have a strong focus on continuous improvements and experience implementing new work methods and processes that strengthen efficiency and operational results.
