Nitator develops and manufactures machines and products in stainless steel from design and development work through manufacturing, welding, assembly, and testing before final delivery. Your Responsibilities
As Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for production and play a central role in Nitator's continued development. You are responsible for creating conditions for an efficient, safe, and well-functioning production flow while developing employees, team leaders, and working methods.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
* Take responsibility for and lead daily production
* Ensure efficient production flows and resource utilization
* Work with monitoring of results, quality, and productivity
* Identify and drive improvement and development initiatives in production
* Contribute to the company's continued growth and profitability development
* Participate in the management group's strategic work
The role combines operational presence with a long-term development perspective where leadership, clarity, structure, and follow-up are crucial success factors.
Your Profile
You are an experienced and confident leader who thrives close to the operation and the people. You have the ability to build trust while being clear in your expectations and dare to make decisions when needed. You see the value of being present in production, understanding the flows, and following up on the operation to create results over time. Of course, you share Nitator's values of responsibility, commitment, clarity, and pride and work with them as a natural part of your and your surroundings' daily life.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Several years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing industry; it is meritorious if you have experience from mechanical engineering, welding production, and/or manufacturing of customized products
* Experience with personnel responsibility
* Good understanding of production flows and business management
* Experience with improvement and development work within production
* Swedish and English in speech and writing
* Class B driver's license
