LKAB Berg & Betong LKAB Berg & Betong is a leading group offering full-service solutions for the mining and construction industry. We perform rock reinforcement and tunnel driving in our mines, and process raw rock into gravel and macadam. In this role, you will be part of a section that works to reinforce rock underground through concrete spraying to create safe and sustainable work environments in the mine. Your Role As production manager, you are responsible for our underground concrete spraying operations and lead a team of approximately 20 people, consisting of production supervisors, operators, and support resources. The work takes place close to your production supervisors, and together you drive daily production. The role involves a clear focus on leading both the operational activities and the development of the personnel group, with the goal of ensuring safe, efficient, and stable operations. In your daily work, you are responsible for: Leading, coordinating, and developing the personnel group in daily work Work environment and safety within the operation Budget, results, and follow-up work Planning and coordinating production Collaboration and resource exchange between locations and departments Following up on results and driving operational development Planning, follow-up, and delivery assurance to the customer You report to the section manager and are part of a management group together with two additional production managers. Leadership is characterized by close collaboration, shared responsibility, and a strong focus on developing the operation. You also work closely with other managers within Berg & Betong where we support each other, share experiences, and work together to solve challenges and achieve common goals. Requirements for the position: Approved upper secondary education Leadership experience Good knowledge of Swedish and English Driving license category B It is meritorious if you have: Experience within rock and construction work Previous management experience with personnel responsibility We warmly welcome your application!
