About the Role As Production Manager, you'll be a central part of the management team and responsible for the operational management of our facilities. You lead and develop the business with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability, while coaching and supporting your production managers. The role involves a combination of strategic and operational work where you plan production at an overall level, monitor results, and drive improvement initiatives. You have clear responsibility for personnel, work environment, budget, and production output, and ensure that operations are conducted according to our goals and guidelines. In your interactions with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, you are an important representative of the company, where you build long-term relationships and ensure that projects deliver as expected. About You You are a confident and engaged leader who is passionate about developing both people and business. You have experience from contracting, construction, or production and are used to working in a dynamic environment where you need to make decisions and find solutions. You have a good understanding of finance and follow-up and are driven by creating structure, results, and a strong team. Requirements Relevant post-secondary education Several years of experience as a Production Manager or equivalent role Experience managing other managers Documented experience with personnel responsibility Experience with budget work and production monitoring Background in contracting or construction B-class driver's license Meriting Qualifications Leadership training Work environment training Experience with large projects and work with subcontractors About Isakssons Markteknik Isakssons Markteknik is a contracting company based in Kalix that since its founding in 2010 has grown to approximately 60 employees and operations stretching from Umeå to Kiruna. We work with ballast production and new construction and renovation of roads, contributing to important infrastructure in society. The position is located in Kalix and involves travel within the operating area.
