About the Role As Production Manager, you'll become a central part of the management team and be responsible for the operational management of our facilities. You lead and develop the operation with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability, while coaching and supporting your production managers. The role involves a combination of strategic and operational work where you plan production at a high level, monitor results, and drive continuous improvement efforts. You have clear responsibility for personnel, work environment, budget, and production performance and ensure that operations are conducted according to our goals and guidelines. In your interactions with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, you're an important representative for the company, where you build long-term relationships and ensure that projects deliver as expected. About You You are a confident and committed leader who is passionate about developing both people and operations. You have experience from construction, infrastructure, or production and are comfortable working in a changing environment where you need to make decisions and find solutions. You have a good understanding of economics and follow-up and are driven by creating structure, results, and a strong team. Requirements Relevant post-secondary education Several years of experience as a Production Manager or equivalent role Experience leading other managers Documented experience with personnel responsibility Experience with budget work and production monitoring Background in construction or infrastructure B-category driving license Meritorious Leadership training Work environment training Experience with major projects and working with subcontractors About Isakssons Markteknik Isakssons Markteknik is a construction company based in Kalix that, since its founding in 2010, has grown to approximately 60 employees and operations spanning from Umeå to Kiruna. We work with ballast production as well as new construction and reconstruction of roads and contribute to important infrastructure in society. The position is located in Kalix and involves travel within the operational area.
