About the Role As production manager, you have overall responsibility for production's delivery, development, and results. You lead and develop the production and production development team with full personnel responsibility, where the focus is on engagement, accountability, and performance. You drive long-term improvement work and support production leaders in both strategic and operational matters. Through present and coaching leadership, you ensure that the operation reaches its goals within quality, cost, and efficiency. You are responsible for establishing, developing, and following up on structures, routines, and processes, and you ensure that they are implemented, complied with, and continuously improved. A central part of the role is to lead change initiatives, further develop working methods, and strengthen collaboration between shifts. You create understanding for the need for change and follow up on efforts to ensure long-term and sustainable results. You also have overall responsibility for ISO standards as well as for working environment, safety, and health. The role is part of the factory management group and reports to the Plant Director. Your Profile We are looking for you with several years of experience leading in change, preferably within manufacturing or process industry. You have a strong background in driving development and improvement work and are accustomed to taking overall responsibility for both results and the business's continued development. You are a confident and clear leader who creates direction, structure, and engagement. By being present, communicative, and coaching, you bring the organization along in change and development. You combine an analytical approach with decisiveness and have the ability to translate strategy into concrete implementation. As a person, you are structured, goal-focused, and persistent. You thrive in a role where you get to work both strategically and be close to the operation. You have good collaboration skills and a natural ability to build trust at all levels in the organization.
