About the Company
ElektroTermo develops and manufactures commercial kitchen equipment for the professional kitchen. Operations include both proprietary products for commercial kitchens and restaurants as well as contract manufacturing of sheet metal products. Products are primarily used in the hot and cold sections of the kitchen and are mainly sold on the Scandinavian market. All product development and manufacturing takes place in the company's own factory in Åtvidaberg.
The company was founded in 1957 and has a long history of developing solutions for food warming—a focus that remains central, but today is complemented by a broader range of products and advanced stainless steel and electrical assembly production. Since 2023, ElektroTermo is part of Culina Products, which is part of the publicly listed industrial group Idun Industrier.
ElektroTermo's business concept is to develop, manufacture, and sell commercial kitchen products characterized by functionality and thoughtful design, as well as to be a reliable partner in sheet metal processing with high service levels. The company is a member of the Swedish Association of Commercial Kitchen Suppliers (BFS) and Foodservice Consultants Society Nordic (FCSI).
Responsibilities
As Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for daily production and for the operation to develop in line with the company's needs. The role is both operational and strategic, where you lead through presence in production while driving improvement work focused on quality, efficiency, and structure.
You work closely with the CEO and other functions and have an important role in translating decisions into practical implementation. This is a role for someone who wants to be involved and make an impact, develop working methods, and create clarity in production—not maintain an existing state.
Your main areas of responsibility:
• Lead and allocate work in production and be responsible for personnel and work environment
• Ensure delivery, quality, and efficiency in the manufacturing process
• Drive improvement and change initiatives in production
• Collaborate with other functions on planning, technology, and development
• Monitor key metrics and work systematically with continuous improvements
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Academic education in the field/engineering
• Experience in production or manufacturing industry
• Good understanding of production flows, planning, and improvement work
Merits:
